Strategy for Keeping in Touch without Scheduling

Lately I’ve been feeling the weight of change.
Big transitions. Society changing. People in limbo.

Sometimes, in these moments, even simple things—like replying to a text or scheduling a call—can feel like too much.
If that’s where you are: I see you.

Here’s a communication strategy I have been trying. Just send a short note saying: “Thinking of you. No need to respond. You crossed my mind today.”

It doesn’t have to be a conversation to be connection. We're all just trying to steer our own boat, and it's nice to know people are thinking of us as we do.
