Can we add more people than the class cap?

A hallmark of our classes is providing individual feedback and practice. While the class cap can be increased under certain circumstances, they are in place to make sure that each participant leaves the workshop fulfilled.

1-1 Coaching

How will I get matched with a coach?

After you fill out the Coaching Intake Survey, you will meet with a coach for a 20-minute consultation. In this meeting, you can share additional context and make sure the coach feels like a good fit. The coach will help determine a good topic to start and they can schedule their first couple of sessions.

Can I do a one-off coaching session?

Yes, you can. However, to reach your communication goals, we have found that the average individual finds that 3-4 sessions is most beneficial. However, we are flexible and can discuss your needs during your consultation call.

When do I pay?

We generally invoice after a block of sessions are completed, or as discussed with you on best timing. We accept all major credit cards via Quickbooks.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time and we will only charge you for the work already completed. However, we have a 24 hour cancellation window before a coaching session.
