Audience: Leaders who work in fast paced environments and need to communicate change
In times of transition—new leadership, AI disruption, reorgs—teams look to leaders for clarity and confidence. This workshop helps you communicate through uncertainty with a balance of clarity, empathy, and momentum. You’ll learn to identify what change means for your team, craft clear and compassionate messages, and build trust through consistent, transparent communication.
Leaders will learn how to:
Identify the impact: Understand how the change affects your team and what they need most.
Craft clear messages: Use the AIM framework (Audience → Intent → Message) to balance clarity, care, and action.
Handle tough questions: Stay transparent and composed when you don’t have all the answers.
Set a steady rhythm: Communicate consistently to reduce confusion and build alignment.
Motivate toward action: Connect change to purpose and near-term wins.
Suggested pre-work (5–10 min): Bring one real change you need to guide your team through and the top three questions you expect your team will ask you. We will apply the frameworks to your specific use case during the workshop.
Class Size: up to 20 participants
Format: 3 hours, in-person. Suggested group size is 20 or fewer. However note that the group size and time can be tweaked for your needs.
