Work one-on-one with a Lighthouse coach to develop the clarity, confidence, and influence you need to make an impact in any setting.
With this package, you will:
Build Confidence – Overcome self-doubt and speak with clarity and assurance.
Influence with Impact – Learn practical techniques and frameworks to persuade, inspire, and align others — whether with peers, cross-functional partners, or executives.
Think on Your Feet – Respond with confidence in meetings, Q&As, and high-stakes conversations.
Lead with Presence – Strengthen your executive presence so you show up with credibility, composure, and connection.
Practice, Practice, Practice – Our mantra is learn by doing. So you will practice upcoming meetings, conversations and presentations for coaching, recording and feedback.
Format: Choose between three or six 1-hour 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to your goals.
