Part 1: On Point Content
Learn how to prepare your content so that it’s relevant and sticky. Gain useful and simple preparation tools that lead to more clear and concise messaging with a focus on the following:
Sharpen your message - Gain a tool to help you think critically through your audience, your message, and your objective
Structure your message - Learn structures to help frame and focus your presentation
Improve your slides - Gain tips and tricks for clearer, more effective slides
Prepare for questions - Develop a list of likely questions and gain a useful framework for clearly and concisely answering questions
Part 2: On Point Delivery
In this follow-up, learn to deliver your content with confidence and connection. Develop techniques to come across as credible, confident, and warm with a focus on the following:
Reduce your nerves - reframe from threat to opportunity
Improve presence - use eye contact, pacing, volume, fillers, and gestures
Improve engagement with your audience - learn to get a dialogue, not a monologue
Class Size: up to 25 participants
Format: 90 minutes or 2 hours per workshop; virtual
