Intended Audience: For anyone who presents or pitches as part of their role.
When presenting your work—whether to leadership, clients, or cross-functional partners—it’s not enough to share information. You need to shape your message so others understand its value and act on it.
Strong content builds credibility; strong delivery inspires confidence. This workshop helps you strengthen both—crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences and presenting them with clarity, confidence, and influence.
We’ve designed versions of this workshop for different sectors and roles—from design and construction teams focused on winning client work, to product and engineering teams communicating complex ideas, to women in STEM building presence and influence—so the content reflects the real communication challenges each group faces.
This interactive, practice-based session blends content strategy, delivery coaching, and influence skills you can apply immediately. The highlight of the day is preparing and delivering a short presentation in front of the group. You’ll be filmed, receive personalized feedback, and leave with practical tools to elevate your content, presence, and impact.
In the 1 day Workshop, you will:
Learn techniques to overcome anxiety and reframe your mindset
Use body language and vocal tone to exude confidence and credibility
Develop more awareness of your presence
Develop strategies to hook your audience
Learn a new playbook for preparing clear and impactful presentations
Practice and get filmed, personalized coaching, and feedback
