The Details
Prerequisite: Completion of the Present with Presence workshop is required.
Intended Audience: Presenters with ongoing visibility—communicators who frequently represent their teams or work to senior audiences.
For experienced presenters or those with significant visibility across their companies, this advanced session builds on the Present with Presence workshop and focuses on refining delivery, elevating executive presence, and strengthening confidence in high-stakes settings.
This session isn’t about all new material—it’s about taking your skills to the next level through live feedback, real-time coaching, and simulation of the kinds of executive presentations and Q&A moments that demand clarity, confidence, and composure.
What you will do:
Bring roughly 3 minutes of prepared content (e.g., a story, a product update, or key slides from an upcoming presentation).
Deliver content live and receive targeted feedback on structure, slides, message, and delivery.
Participate in simulated Q&A and roadblocks to practice staying composed, concise, and influential under pressure.
Leave with videos of your presentation practice and personalized feedback and a clear plan to keep improving.
Workshop Size & Format
Duration: 4 hours (1-5pm) in person; or can do morning with a lunch break
Class Size: up to 10 participants
